May 5, 2026 Morning

This morning I headed over to the river, even though I said I wouldn't do that until next winter.  It was cooler and a bit breezy and I wanted to get some bird photos.  That wasn't too productive and yes there were still way too many people.  I saw a goose couple on a small island in the river with some flowers around them.  The photos didn't turn out like I'd like but are ok.  One of the geese was obviously losing blood which I didn't notice until I got home and saw the photos on the computer.  Sadly, I doubt that goose will survive much longer.  I only did a couple miles down there and had enough.  Panasonic G97
