Selesca Pond June 3, 2019

I'd been getting really anxious to get up in the mountains.  So, I tried to go as high on the plateau as possible.  I couldn't get much above the Selesca Ranger Station due to lots of snow still blocking the road.  I decided to take a little hike anyway and see what I could find.

Lots of water and a few flowers

Noisy frogs in all that water

Does scratching off their winter coat

Glacier lily - a sure sign of spring
